Islandia Court

Islandia Justice Court is located at 1100 Old Nichols Road in Islandia. Court is held every Thursday. There are 3 court sessions, 10:00 am 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. There are 2 judges that cover the court caseload. The cases are prosecuted by an assigned Assistant District Attorney from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. The court requires those charged with 6 point speeding tickets, and higher, to either appear in court in person or to have an attorney appear in court on their behalf. The court generally does not permit guilty pleas by mail on those speeding tickets.
